Responsibilities
• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Complete required caregiving documentation.
• Communicate client needs and changes in condition to the office.
Requirements
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and follow care instructions.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Must be able to pass required background screenings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Training & Orientation
Candidates must be willing and able to attend four days of required training and orientation at our office in Nineveh, Indiana. This training is required before beginning work with clients.
