- Supporting the financial sustainability of each practice by responsibly managing resources and monitoring performance against established goals.

- Ensuring clinical and administrative workflows are completed accurately, consistently, and according to established procedures.

- Ensuring the practice operates in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations, organizational policies, patient confidentiality requirements, and quality standards.

- Supporting internal audits, inspections, and continuous quality improvement efforts.

- Identifying operational challenges early, developing practical solutions, and communicating effectively with organizational leadership.

- Helping strengthen patient retention and the reputation of each practice by ensuring patients receive a dependable, professional, and compassionate experience.

- Serving as a visible, hands-on leader who is willing to work alongside the team when circumstances require it.

- Comfortable operating independently and taking ownership without needing constant direction.

- Organized enough to manage multiple locations, competing priorities, and changing needs.

- Confident in making day-to-day operational decisions and solving problems as they arise.

- Able to coach and develop employees while maintaining clear standards and accountability.

- Willing to work alongside the team rather than managing exclusively from an center.

- Focused on creating a consistent, positive, and dependable patient experience.

- Comfortable reviewing operational and financial performance and using that information to make decisions.

- Energized by building processes and structures where they may not already exist.

- Able to balance the needs of individual practices with the broader goals of a growing organization.
