What will you be doing in this role?

Development Coordinators support a distinct fundraising portfolio, while Development Coordinators work together to strengthen coverage across major gifts, planned giving, annual giving, corporate and foundation relations, principal gifts, board engagement, and special giving. These roles are part of an effort to create clearer portfolio ownership, stronger fundraiser-coordinator partnerships, more consistent donor support, and better follow-through from meetings and proposals through stewardship.

Development Coordinators will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to assigned fundraisers and leaders. Key responsibilities include coordinating complex calendars and meetings, preparing agendas and briefing materials, supporting portfolio reviews, tracking action items and proposals, maintaining accurate information in fundraising and portfolio management systems, organizing donor and prospect materials, and assisting with stewardship and donor strategy activities.
Successful candidates will be organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with discretion and attention to detail.
