- Run Google Search end to end for Pro and Teams: keywords, bids, budgets and ad copy.
- Run Meta: prospecting, retargeting and weekly creative tests.
- Run Apple Ads and Google App Campaigns for Pro installs and trials on iOS and Android.
- Optimize to trial start, trial-to-paid and Teams signup, not clicks or installs.

- Use AI tools daily for copy, visuals and creative analysis.
- Own conversion tracking and keep it reconciled with billing.
- Report weekly on CAC, cohort ROAS and payback by channel, platform and plan.
The stack you'll work in:
- Ad platforms: Google Ads (Search and App Campaigns), Apple Ads, Meta Ads Manager
- Attribution: GA4, Meta CAPI, app-store attribution
- Billing: app-store subscriptions, Stripe
- Analytics and data: Amplitude, Snowflake, Sigma
Metrics you'll own:
- MRR and net new MRR, Pro and Teams
- MAU and paid MAU across app and web
- Cost per trial and CAC per paying subscriber
- Trial-to-paid conversion on the 7-day trial
- Monthly churn and month-3 / month-6 retention
- 6- and 12-month LTV, cohort ROAS and payback period
- Drivers added per Teams account
- Attribution match rate
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years of paid acquisition for subscription software, app and web.
- Deep hands-on Google Search experience, plus working Meta proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with Apple Ads (formerly Apple Search Ads) and Google App Campaigns (formerly Universal App Campaigns).
- Comfortable with GA4 and conversion tracking.
- A demonstrated AI workflow for media buying and creative.
- Reads cohort retention and LTV curves and makes budget calls from them.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have:
- Selling a per-seat SMB SaaS tier alongside a consumer app.
- RevenueCat, Stripe, Capterra / G2.
- Amplitude, Snowflake or Sigma.
- Familiarity with the gig-delivery, courier or field-service world.
- Would rather fix a broken postback than write a deck about it.
