About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize field operations with a strong strategic mindset. This role is accountable for safety, service quality, operational excellence, and financial performance , while driving continuous improvement and business growth.
You will oversee multiple functions including operations, safety, quality, finance, and people management, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
- 7+ years of operations experience
- 2+ years of P&L management experience
- Proven experience managing field operations and project execution
Skills & Competencies
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of operations, service quality, and sales integration
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Experience in a global or matrix organization
- Familiarity with systems such as JDE, Hyperion, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, FieldFX (preferred)
- Fluent in English
