Knowledge, Skills &Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in business and management
- Strong influencing skills with the ability and proven experience in working successfully with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
- Proven track record of successful delivery of projects
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and security standards related to ecommerce in the airport industry.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for enhancing the passenger experience.
- Results-driven and able to navigate complex and dynamic environments.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications is required.
