Palm Beach Tan is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Retail Manager to lead our team! In this role, you'll inspire a team of beauty sales consultants, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help clients look and feel their best every day. Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team to meet and exceed store goals
• Drive membership sales, retail product sales, and customer retention initiatives
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve client concerns with professionalism
• Manage daily store operations including scheduling & inventory
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing salon environment
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience required
• Proven track record in sales, membership, or subscription-based retail preferred
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about the beauty and wellness industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
