To support our growth ambitions, we are looking for a Demand Planner to join our Health & Pharma Solutions (HPS) team.

This position is based in Barueri, São Paulo, Brazil , under a hybrid working model with 2 days per week on-site .

Your Mission

As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a reliable demand signal across products and markets in the LATAM region. By combining customer insights, statistical forecasting, market intelligence, and business knowledge, you will support strategic decision-making through the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process.

You will play a key role in connecting different areas of the business, driving improvements in forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory management, and business performance. In addition, you will help advance the team's analytical and digital capabilities through automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven forecasting initiatives.

Your Experience and Talents Will Make the Difference By:

- Developing and maintaining demand forecasts and planning models across products, markets, and planning horizons.
- Partnering with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to translate business opportunities, risks, and market intelligence into robust forecast assumptions.
- Applying demand segmentation techniques to improve forecasting effectiveness and planning efficiency.
- Monitoring forecast accuracy, bias, and Forecast Value Added (FVA) metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Analyzing data to detect demand shifts, seasonality patterns, market trends, and anomalies.
- Maintaining high-quality planning data through validation, investigation, and documentation of forecast assumptions.
- Performing scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of market changes, promotions, and business decisions.
- Leading LATAM demand review meetings within the SIOP process, facilitating alignment among stakeholders.
- Building strong relationships with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Developing dashboards, automations, and advanced analytics solutions that enhance planning effectiveness.
- Exploring and implementing innovative forecasting approaches using artificial intelligence and advanced analytics techniques.

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, machine learning, or other advanced analytical methodologies.
- Experience in demand planning, forecasting, data science, and quantitative analysis.
- Knowledge of SIOP/S&OP processes.
- Experience with Python, SQL, Qlik, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience with SAP IBP, OMP, or other Advanced Planning Systems is considered an advantage.
- Experience applying advanced analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, automation, and AI solutions to business processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, understand demand drivers, and translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Strong business judgment and stakeholder management skills, with the emotional intelligence to actively listen, build trust, challenge assumptions constructively, and influence Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance stakeholders.
- Experience with Forecast Value Added (FVA), demand segmentation, or advanced forecasting techniques is considered an advantage.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to non-technical audiences, connecting data and forecast insights to business risks, opportunities, and decisions.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with experience simplifying processes, automating repetitive activities, documenting methodologies, and sharing knowledge across teams.
- Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.
- Fluent English is required.
- Advanced Spanish.
- Availability to travel up to 20%.
