Palm Beach Tan is looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Store Associate to join our team! Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with tanning/wellness services, memberships, and skincare
• Drive retail sales by promoting skincare and tanning products to meet individual customer needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Drive and exceed individual and store sales goals
• Build lasting customer relationships to support membership retention and loyalty
Requirements:
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Positive, energetic attitude and a team-player mentality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping people
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible part-time schedule including evenings and weekends
• Must be 18 years of age or older
