Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests
• Educate customers on memberships, tanning/wellness equipment, and skincare
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Open and close the store following established procedures and guidelines
• Build customer loyalty through follow-up and personalized service
Requirements:
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting sales targets
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Must be 18 years of age or older
