What you need to do
- Preparing, maintaining, and updating employee files accurately
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Support data management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support day-to-day HR operations activities and employee-related processes.
What you need
- Undergraduate or a recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- The ability to work with the MS Office package is an added advantage
