Email Marketing Specialist – iGaming (Remote)

Location: RemoteContract: Service AgreementCompensation: €2,500–€2,800 gross per monthAbout the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to join an international iGaming affiliate business.Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing and optimising email marketing activities, with a particular focus on deliverability, inbox placement, domain reputation and campaign performance.This is a practical, execution-focused role for someone who understands the technical side of email marketing and knows how to build effective campaigns that reach the right audience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day email marketing activities, including campaign setup, execution and optimisation.Manage domain warming, sender reputation and email deliverability.Monitor inbox placement, spam rates, bounce rates and overall campaign performance.Implement and optimise automated email campaigns, customer journeys and segmentation.Manage email infrastructure, sending domains, IP reputation and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM and DMARC).Identify and resolve deliverability issues and improve inbox placement across major email providers.Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute email marketing strategies.Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements to engagement, conversion and revenue.RequirementsPrevious hands-on experience in Email Marketing, preferably within iGaming, affiliate marketing, crypto or a similar industry.Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain warming and inbox placement.Experience managing multiple sending domains and email infrastructure.Good knowledge of email authentication protocols, including SPF, DKIM and DMARC.Experience with CRM and email marketing automation platforms.Understanding of segmentation, automated journeys and campaign optimisation.Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance and troubleshoot technical issues.Independent, proactive and comfortable working remotely.What's OfferedFully remote working arrangement.Monthly compensation of €2,500–€2,800 gross, depending on experience.Service Agreement contract.Direct collaboration with the Head of Marketing.Opportunity to take ownership of email marketing operations within a growing international iGaming business.
