URGENT REQUIREMENT
COLLECTION MANAGER
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Collection, Credit, or Recovery
- Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience leading collection teams
- Strong knowledge of collection operations, legal recovery process, and credit risk management
- Experience managing both Desk Collection and Field Collection teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI (preferred), and Collection Management Systems
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery and reduce delinquent accounts
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance and provide regular reports to management
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for collection processes
- Monitor collection agencies and third-party vendors to ensure service quality and compliance
- Prepare collection forecasts, recovery plans, and portfolio performance analysis for management
- Develop collection management system to maximize daily collection process
