About the Role: Rx relief is seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Staff Pharmacist to join an established Independent Community Pharmacy near Houston, Texas. Core Responsibilities:
Clinical & Dispensing: Accurately dispense prescriptions, perform comprehensive medication reviews, and provide high-quality patient counseling to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Collaboration & Optimization: Partner collaboratively with local healthcare providers and prescribers to optimize patient drug therapy.
Operations & Compliance: Oversee pharmacy support staff and manage daily inventory, ensuring strict adherence to all state and federal regulatory compliance standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Must have at least 1 year of previous retail pharmacy experience.
Licensure: Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to guide pharmacy technicians and support staff effectively.
