Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy your evenings and weekends!)
About the Role You will be an integral part of a digital healthcare model where patients complete online consultations, receive at-home testing kits in the mail, and have their medications shipped directly to their doors. This is a strictly non-patient-facing setting. Your daily workflow will focus on fulfillment, prescription processing, and supporting a seamless mail-order operation rather than direct patient interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Process digital prescription orders and assist with data entry.
Pick, pack, and prepare medications and at-home testing kits for direct-to-patient mailing.
Manage inventory and ensure accurate stocking of supplies and pharmaceutical products.
Work collaboratively with pharmacists and the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate shipping of sensitive healthcare materials.
Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
Requirements
Previous retail pharmacy experience is required.
Active and in good standing Pharmacy Technician License in the state of California.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fulfillment-driven environment.
Comfort navigating digital healthcare platforms and modern pharmacy software.
Excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic.
