Q-Sourcing Tanzania Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our Tanzania based client, we are looking for a competent and experienced Doze r Operator .
JOB PURPOSE .
To safely and proficiently operate bulldozers for pushing, spreading, ripping, leveling, and finishing earthworks on farming, construction, and land-development sites.
POSITION IN THE COMPANY
Reports To: Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Manager
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate dozers for bulk earthmoving, ripping, grading, and finish work according to plans and levels.
- Perform ripping of hard ground using dozer-mounted ripper attachments.
- Coordinate with other machine operators and ground staff to achieve production targets safely.
- Conduct daily inspections, basic maintenance, and timely reporting of mechanical issues.
- Complete daily logs, fuel records, and inspection checklists accurately.
Requirements
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 7–8 years’ experience operating dozers in civil construction, mining, or large-scale farming.
- Strong understanding of grades, slopes, and safe dozer operating practices.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Valid Driving Licence
