Q-Sourcing Tanzania Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our Tanzania based client, we are looking for a competent and experienced Heavy Tractor Operator .
JOB PURPOSE .
To safely and effectively operate heavy agricultural and industrial tractors for land preparation, ripping, pulling implements, and general farm or site duties.
POSITION IN THE COMPANY
Reports To: Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Manager
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate heavy tractors for ploughing, ripping, harrowing, and other land-preparation activities.
- Pull and operate various implements for farming and site works .
- Support transport and logistics tasks using tractors where required .
- Perform daily inspections, basic maintenance, and timely defect reporting.
- Maintain accurate work logs, fuel records, and implement usage reports.
Requirements
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience operating heavy tractors in large-scale farming or earthworks.
- Good knowledge of tractor implements, PTO systems, and safe operating practices.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Valid Driving Licence
