About this role
ROLE PURPOSE
Lead Talin’s Data & AI practice, driving business growth, shaping client strategies, and delivering high-impact data, analytics, and AI solutions.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong expertise in data strategy, architecture, governance, analytics, and AI.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, and BI solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or Databricks, Power BI, and modern data architectures.
- Ability to advise C-level executives and translate business challenges into data and AI initiatives.
- Experience leading client engagements, presales, solution design, and project delivery.
- Proven ability to build and lead teams, develop capabilities, and manage strategic client relationships.
PREFERRED
- Experience in consulting or technology advisory roles.
- Exposure to predictive analytics, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Experience building or scaling a Data & AI practice.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications and cross-industry experience.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, BI, or AI, including 5+ years in leadership or senior advisory roles.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise data and AI transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience advising C-level executives and managing complex client engagements.
- Strong combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and business acumen.
- Experience in consulting, presales, business development, and building high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Relevant Microsoft Data & AI certifications preferred.
