About the Position

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a dependable, hands-on Automotive Inventory Technician to service automotive dealerships throughout the Corvallis and Eugene areas.

This is an active, route-based position ideal for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, staying busy, and taking ownership of their daily responsibilities. You'll travel between assigned dealerships, locate inventory, and use a company-provided iPhone and mobile app to capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos for online listings.

You don't need professional photography experience to succeed. We provide paid training and all the equipment needed to learn the job.

This is not a traditional photography position. It's a structured automotive field role that requires attention to detail, physical activity, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently.

What You'll Do

- Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle.
- Locate vehicles and keys to complete daily inventory assignments.
- Capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and mobile app.
- Move vehicles into designated photo areas on dealership lots.
- Verify vehicle information and communicate inventory issues to dealership personnel.
- Coordinate with dealership staff regarding vehicle availability, missing keys, and other daily challenges.
- Follow established procedures to maintain accurate and consistent online inventory.
- Manage your assigned route and complete daily work efficiently.

Relevant experience includes:

- Automotive: Porters, lot attendants, detailers, lube technicians, and inventory specialists.
- Warehouse: Material handlers, warehouse associates, and order fulfillment.
- Construction: General laborers, installers, and skilled trades.
- Landscaping and grounds maintenance.
- Delivery drivers and route-based positions.
- Other physically active or outdoor occupations.

Successful candidates are:

- Dependable with a consistent work history.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Able to walk dealership lots and stay on their feet throughout the day.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Good communicators who can work professionally with dealership personnel.
- Resourceful and able to solve problems without constant supervision.
- Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and basic technology.

Requirements

Requirements

- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- At least 1 year of consistent work history preferred.
- Previous automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, or other hands-on experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors throughout the day.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn and use mobile technology.
- Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
