Are you an experienced automotive parts professional who knows the ins and outs of the dealership parts business? We are looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our growing team!
We are looking for someone who understands the fast-paced dealership environment, takes pride in accuracy, and knows how to deliver exceptional service to both customers and technicians.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous automotive dealership parts department experience required.
- Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram parts experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OEM parts catalogs and parts identification.
- Experience assisting service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts.
- Ability to efficiently locate, order, receive, and stock parts.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A dependable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
