岗位职责：

1 、根据软件设计规范，独立完成 Android 平台应用程序及用户界面的设计、开发、调试与维护工作，确保功能稳定交付。

2 、负责 Android 客户端功能模块设计与实现，持续优化软件架构、模块设计及业务流程逻辑，提升代码质量和系统可维护性。

3 、负责应用性能优化工作，包括内存管理、启动速度、流畅度提升及资源占用优化，持续改善用户体验。

4 、分析并解决开发过程中的技术难题，定位和处理性能、稳定性及兼容性相关问题。

编写和维护技术设计文档、开发文档及相关技术资料，保证项目开发过程规范化和可持续维护。

5 、深度参与产品需求分析、技术方案讨论、功能定义及原型开发工作，为产品创新和功能设计提供技术支持。

6 、结合开发实践与用户体验反馈，持续提出产品优化建议，推动产品功能与体验改进。

7 、研究并引入前沿技术，结合业务场景推动新技术在项目中的应用，与跨职能团队协同提升产品竞争力和用户价值。

岗位要求：

1 、具备 Android 应用开发经验，熟悉 Android 应用架构设计及开发流程，能够独立完成复杂功能模块开发。

2 、熟练掌握 Java 及 Kotlin 开发语言，深入理解 Android SDK 及 Android 平台运行机制。

熟悉 Jetpack 、 Retrofit 、 RxJava 等主流 Android 开发框架，并具备实际项目应用经验。

3 、具备良好的代码架构设计能力，熟悉 MVVM 、 MVP 等设计模式，了解模块化、组件化开发方法。

4 、熟悉 Android 性能优化技术，包括内存泄漏分析、卡顿优化、启动优化、 APK 瘦身等相关实践。

5 、熟练使用 Android Profiler 、 LeakCanary 等调试和性能分析工具，具备快速定位和解决问题的能力。

6 、具备良好的逻辑分析能力和问题解决能力，能够独立承担技术攻关和复杂问题排查工作。

7 、具有 AI 应用开发、 AI 产品集成或相关智能化应用开发经验者优先。
