岗位职责：

1 、根据软件设计规范，独立完成 Android 平台应用程序及用户界面的设计、开发、调试与维护工作，保障产品功能高质量交付。

2 、负责 Android 客户端功能模块设计与开发，优化软件架构、模块结构及业务流程逻辑，提升系统可扩展性和可维护性。

3 、负责应用性能优化工作，包括内存管理、启动速度优化、卡顿分析及资源占用优化，不断提升用户体验。

4 、分析并解决开发过程中的复杂技术问题，负责重点疑难问题的攻关与技术方案落地。

5 、编写和维护相关技术文档，包括设计文档、开发文档及技术规范，确保项目开发过程规范化。

6 、深度参与产品需求分析、研发创新讨论、功能定义及原型开发工作，为产品设计和技术方案提供支持。

7 、根据开发实践及用户反馈，持续提出产品优化建议，推动产品功能及体验持续改进。

8 、跟踪并研究移动端前沿技术，推动新技术在项目中的应用，与产品、测试及其他研发团队协同提升产品竞争力和用户体验。

岗位要求：

1 、具备 Android 应用开发经验，能够独立完成 Android 应用架构设计、功能开发及问题排查工作。

2 、熟练掌握 Java 、 Kotlin 开发语言，深入理解 Android SDK 及 Android 应用开发体系。

3 、熟悉 Jetpack 、 Retrofit 、 RxJava 等主流 Android 开发框架，并具备实际项目应用经验。

4 、具备良好的代码架构设计能力，熟悉 MVVM 、 MVP 等设计模式，了解模块化、组件化开发方法。

5 、熟悉 Android 性能优化技术，包括内存泄漏分析、卡顿优化、启动优化及 APK 瘦身等相关实践。

6 、熟练使用 Android Profiler 、 LeakCanary 等调试及性能分析工具，具备快速定位和解决问题的能力。

7 、具备较强的逻辑分析能力和问题解决能力，能够独立承担技术攻关及复杂问题处理工作。

8 、具有 AI 应用开发经验或 AI 能力集成项目经验者优先。
