Job Summary

We are seeking a .NET Core Technical Consultant with 4–8 years of experience for a Mexico-based position. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in .NET Core development, integrations, and web services , along with an interest in expanding their technical expertise into the Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP environment.

Prior Dynamics GP experience is an advantage; however, candidates with strong .NET Core skills and the willingness to learn Dynamics GP will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical consulting for Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations, enhancements, and production support .

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical ERP solutions.

- Design, develop, test, and document customizations within the Microsoft Dynamics environment.

- Develop and maintain integrations between the ERP and third-party applications using web services and APIs .

- Ensure solutions comply with established architecture, development, security, and design standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support issues within agreed SLAs.

- Work closely with project teams to identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders in Spanish and English .

- Perform unit and solution testing to ensure functionality, quality, and accuracy.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

- Be flexible to work according to required shift schedules.

Mandatory Skills

- 4–8 years of software development/technical consulting experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / C# .

- Experience developing APIs, web services, and system integrations .

- Good understanding of enterprise application development.

- Strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities.

- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English .

- Willingness to learn and work with Microsoft Dynamics GP .

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP / Great Plains .

- Experience developing customizations or integrations for ERP applications.

- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server .

- Experience with REST/SOAP services.

- Previous L2/L3 application support experience.

- Experience working in enterprise ERP implementation projects.
