Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
- Assist with mobility and transferring clients safely.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior to supervisors.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy and patience.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations within Ann Arbor, MI.
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with all regulatory requirements.
- Flexible availability to accommodate various client schedules.
