About TWO12

TWO12 | GOLFTEC Events is an experiential marketing agency specializing in sports, with a primary concentration in golf. We partner with top brands, rights holders, and properties to design and deliver live activations and hospitality environments at premier competitive events.

We operate as an end-to-end agency, with our own fabrication facility and warehouse. We do not outsource our builds. Everything we sell is designed, drawn, and fabricated in house, then installed on site by the same team that built it, which means the person who builds a piece is the person who sees whether it performs in the field.

The Bigger Team You'll Join

TWO12 | GOLFTEC Events is featured at a plethora of PGA Tour events and Major Championships, including The Players, The Masters, PGA Championship, Tour Championship and more!

The Role

The Event Fabricator builds scenic and structural elements in our shop and travels with those builds to support installation, on-site problem solving, and load-out during the active season. This dual responsibility gives the position direct visibility into how builds perform in the field.

Shop fabrication

· Operate shop equipment including table saw, panel saw, miter saw, router, CNC, drill press, sanders, and welding equipment

· Execute finish work to specified tolerance, including laminate and veneer application, paint and scenic finishes, vinyl application, and hardware installation

· Build jigs and fixtures to support consistent, repeatable production

· Crate, case, and pack builds for transport with attention to field reassembly requirements

· Maintain shop cleanliness, tool condition, material inventory accuracy, and safety standards

Field installation

· Travel to event sites to set, level, assemble, rig, and finish builds

· Perform field modifications and on-site fabrication as site conditions require

· Execute load-out on schedule with full asset accountability

· Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work from ladders and lifts, and sustain extended hours in variable outdoor conditions

· Availability for extensive travel, approximately three or more weeks per month, February through August

Preferred

· Welding certification, MIG and/or TIG

Travel and Seasonality

Our business follows the competitive golf calendar.

February through August is our active season. This role requires extensive domestic travel including early call times, extended hours, and weekend and holiday work during installation and load-out windows. Work is performed outdoors in variable conditions.

September through January is based at our facility in Denver, Colorado, focused on fabrication and build-out for the coming season, on a conventional shop schedule.

Candidates should evaluate this requirement carefully. Extensive seasonal travel is a core condition of the position rather than an occasional expectation.
