About this role

Enjoy helping people do their best work? We're looking for a manager to lead our data team and keep operations running smoothly. You'll help your team stay organized, meet their goals, and take pride in getting the details right. You don't need to come from healthcare or clinical research to succeed here. Whether you've led a team in service, retail, logistics, or another industry, we're interested in how you coach people, follow through, and keep work on track!

About DelRicht Research
DelRicht is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! We hold our team members to a high standard of excellence and are looking for energetic, positive, quick learners to be a part of our team. Presently our network stretches across 33 sites throughout the United States in 18 states. DelRicht Research has been recognized as a Top Workplace in 2023–2026.

What You'll Do

- Plan and prioritize daily workloads to meet volume targets and deliver accurate, timely work as study demands change.

- Set clear performance expectations, track KPIs, and hold team members accountable for quality and productivity through regular coaching and performance reviews.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day management of permanent and contract team members.

- Coordinate training that strengthens data entry skills, addresses performance gaps, and prepares team members for greater responsibility.

- Maintain organized workflows and accurate administrative records, adapting daily routines as workloads and technology change.

- Reinforce data quality and audit readiness in daily work, partnering with our Quality Assurance and Study Management teams to identify and address issues.

- Follow recurring quality problems through to resolution, coordinating with other departments on targeted training, and checking that improvements hold.

Skills Needed to Win

- You know how to set clear expectations, give constructive feedback, and help people reach their goals.

- You're organized and comfortable with administrative work. You notice the details and care about getting them right.

- You communicate clearly, use good judgment, and can work through everyday problems when several things need your attention at once.

- Healthcare, clinical research, or clinical data entry experience is a plus - not a requirement! Above all, we're looking for someone who enjoys leading people and helping a team do good work consistently.

Requirements

- At least one year of people management experience (you don't need to have built a department or managed other managers!) Managers of individual contributors are encouraged to apply.
