Principal responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business users provide high quality requirements with proper DoR & DoD (DoR should include proper business flow scenarios).

- Collaborate with dev team and deeply engage in the SDLC, especially in pre-dev stage to justify requirements to dev and post-dev stage to identify test results for business delivery.

- Analyse end-to-end customer journeys, business processes and system flows covering domestic, international, and real-time price calculation for repo business.

- Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance in different markets and locations.

- Understand the automation test framework and could support dev team to verify the automation test results and provide feedback. Could also verify the manual test results.

- Take responsibility for business delivery sign off

- Take responsibility for post release issue identification, could provide business justification for dev team’s trouble shooting

- Could work on different time zone to adopt the business team’s working time (Could switch daily working time period)

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:

- Get positive feedback from business team to support their requirements

- Get positive feedback from tech team to support their delivery to business team

- Build good knowledge in the tech team to better support business delivery with good documentation as assets

- Take ownership of project delivery

- Take ownership of knowledge gap resolution

What additional skills will be good to have?

- Strong Capital Market business knowledge is MUST

- Professional English Communication is MUST

- Full comprehension of SDLC is MUST

- Agile model development process experience is MUST

- Professional documentation of business requirement is MUST

- CCBA/CBAP/CFA certification is PLUS++

- Agile or SAFe certification is PLUS

- English Communication (IELTS / TOEFL / Cambridge English / PTE with high score) is PLUS

- Hands-on experience of DoR/DoD is PLUS

- Hands-on experience of Automation test framework is PLUS

- Hands-on experience of TDD/BDD/DDD/SDD is PLUS

- Hands-on experience of AI agentic engineering is PLUS

- Hands-on experience of coding is PLUS
