We need someone to lead our entire India Ops.
Help us set up an office, procure and import robots and equipment. Run the fit-out: power and network; hire the team: supervisors, technicians, quality, and a large floor of operators across multiple shifts.
**Then run it.** Throughput, quality, uptime, retention, and the site P&L. You report to the founders directly.
