About this role
We're hiring one person to be an extension of the founders.
What you'll do
\- Help the founders with whatever matters most that week
\- Run day-to-day operations at our robot operations centre
\- Set up robot stations: arms, teleop rigs, cameras, compute
\- Source and buy robots and hardware, in India and abroad
\- Manage our robot operators and their shifts
\- Hire the next people
What you need
\- 1-6 years of experience, some in operations and some near real robots or hardware
\- An engineering degree or equivalent hands-on technical work
\- Comfortable with Python, Linux and AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor)
\- You take a task from start to finish without being chased
\- Based in Delhi NCR, on site in Noida
Details
\- Noida, on-site, full-time
\- ₹15-30 LPA depending on experience
\- Reports directly to the founders
