About this role
At Castello di Casole, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for a detail-driven Housekeeping Supervisor, who will inspect guest rooms and public areas to guarantee uncompromising luxury standards.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public spaces daily after cleaning to ensure flawless presentation prior to guest release.
- Assign daily section workloads to Room Attendants and Linen Porters, managing productivity and priorities.
- Conduct daily morning briefings, communicating VIP arrivals, special room setups, and maintenance issues.
- Monitor stock levels of linens, cleaning chemicals, and guest amenities on room floors.
- Train junior housekeeping team members on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and guest privacy standards.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within Housekeeping in a 5-star hotel.
- Sharp eye for aesthetic detail, cleanliness standards, and room arrangement.
- Leadership ability to motivate room teams effectively.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (Opera) for room status reporting.
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
