At Castello di Casole, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for a reliable Housekeeping Porter, who will support the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities Include

- Transport clean and soiled linens, towels, and uniforms between guest floors, laundry facilities, and storage areas.

- Deliver heavy items, guest requests (e.g., extra pillows, ironing boards), and luggage to guest rooms as directed.

- Keep floor pantries, linen closets, and housekeeping storage corridors clean, stocked, and organized.

- Assist Room Attendants with heavy furniture moving, mattress turning, and curtain hanging.

- Collect and dispose of waste, recyclable materials, and dirty linens from room carts.

What You Bring

- Prior experience in a porter, linen, or support role within hospitality is advantageous.

- Physical strength, efficiency, and proactive work ethic.

- Strong team spirit and readiness to assist colleagues.

- Respect for guest privacy and polite attitude.

- Basic Italian or English language skills.
