Apply now for the position of Recruiting Partner (f/m/d) and you will act as a trusted advisor to all business lines of Siemens Healthineers across France, Belgium & Luxembourg to identify, attract and onboard the right mix of diverse talent – efficiently, compliantly and with a truly human experience throughout. Based in Paris area, you will be part of Talent Acquisition Europe Team and work in a flexible operating model across the FBL Zone and other European countries upon the business need.

In this role you will...

- own end-to-end recruitment for Siemens Healthineers roles across all the business lines, including Varian and Radio-pharma with primary focus on France – from consultation and planning, sourcing and interviewing, up to offer recommendation and acceptance
- recruit across our variety of job families with main focus but not limited to - Customer Services and field service engineers, sales and application specialists, commercial, finance and corporate functions, as well as early-career and apprenticeship (alternance) hiring
- act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, hiring managers and HR Business Partners: lead hiring strategy meetings, challenge role requirements with market facts, and agree clear decisions and timelines.
- use funnel data and market insight to spot risks early and turn evidence into clear hiring recommendations
- design proactive sourcing strategies – advanced LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, schools and job fairs – and build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and commercial profiles, with a focus on strengthening female talent in technical and field roles
- be a candidate advocate and the face of Siemens Healthineers to candidates, delivering an excellent candidate experience in French and English, while keeping the business aligned
- ensure compliant, data-driven processes in Phenom and Workday, in line with GDPR, local labour regulations and TA Europe vendor governance
- structure complex and multi-role hiring projects into clear plans, milestones and ownership, coordinate the Zone workload, act as back-up and buddy for the other Recruiters in Europe, and support Europe hiring volume peaks and TA projects such as Hiring Manager Trainings, Employer Branding and KPI reporting

Work Experience

- Several years of end-to-end recruiting experience in-house, in an agency or RPO, ideally in medtech, healthcare or an industrial / technical environment in France
- Proven track record in recruiting technical, field service and sales profiles, including hard-to-fill roles, and a solid understanding of operational and service workforce needs
- Credibility with senior stakeholders and the confidence to challenge hiring decisions with facts
- Advanced sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, a strong personal and employer brand on LinkedIn, and experience building diverse and female talent pipelines
- Data-driven and structured, experienced in planning and steering hiring projects with many requisitions in a fast-paced, matrix environment
- Experience working with Phenom and/or Workday is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Fluent French and English is necessary; Dutch or other south European language is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally within France and Belgium or broader Europe
