Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate tracking of incoming, outgoing, and internally transferred materials. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory records, preparing shipping and receiving documentation, and coordinating material movement to support efficient operations.

Responsibilities

- Prepare bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping documentation based on customer orders.
- Process receiving documentation for incoming materials.
- Generate material move tickets based on internal requests.
- Enter and maintain accurate inventory and material movement records.
- Track warehouse inventory locations and assign storage locations for incoming materials.
- Assist with inventory counts, verification, and reconciliation.
- Help coordinate the scheduling of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Follow all company safety and housekeeping procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to work with standard and metric measurements.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- Ability to read, interpret, and accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
