HR Operations Senior Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who combines precision, analytical thinking, and a people-first mindset. If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity and ensuring HR processes run flawlessly, this role offers both ownership and growth.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Administration with solid knowledge of core HR processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR systems (SAP is a plus). • Very good knowledge of labor legislation. • A client-oriented mindset — you understand HR is about delivering excellent internal service. • Very good command of English. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • A genuine team-player attitude.
You will play a key role in managing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring operational excellence:
• Oversee hiring and termination processes, ensuring full compliance with local laws and company standards. • Draft and manage employment contracts, addendums, decisions, and employee documentation. • Maintain and optimize HR systems and reporting accuracy. • Support payroll by collecting and centralizing essential employee data. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR platforms. • Ability to manage complex HR admin processes with end-to-end ownership. • Leverage AI and automation tools to simplify processes, increase efficiency, and improve employee experience. • Solid coordination skills.
