On Site Services Specialist

Job Title: On-Site Services Specialist Job Description
The On-Site Services Specialist will be responsible for supporting multiple customer locations in downtown San Francisco and one location in San Rafael. This role involves providing a range of services, including mail, shipping & receiving, copy/production center, reception, hospitality, and conference room setups. This is a temp-to-perm position, with the opportunity to become a permanent employee after meeting the required hours.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations for all contracted services at customer accounts within a geographical area.
- Assist management with process improvement, procedural testing, and validation.
- Ensure field compliance with operational best practices.
- Support Field Implementation Managers with the implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and cross-training peers.
- Develop Site Procedure Guides and share best practices throughout the geographical area.
- Routinely inspect Site Procedures Guide for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform daily visual inspection of site services and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide feedback on site experience to improve customer experience.
- Stand in for absences or vacations of onsite resources, including site management.
- Create and maintain a customer-focused environment.
- Engage end-users to ensure customer satisfaction and escalate issues for resolution.
- Communicate effectively and respond quickly to customer and end-user communication.
- Collect data and contribute to the Monthly Operations Review.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to adapt to different customer environments such as law firms, retail corporate offices, and warehouses.
- Flexibility to relocate to different locations before shifts.
- Ability to absorb training and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and computer usage.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma required, post-high school education preferred.
- 12 months of related work experience.
- Possession of a valid, violation-free drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Intermediate skill level with common software applications.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
- Basic math skills.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
Work Environment
The work environment varies between customer sites, which require extensive standing and walking. The role involves working in downtown San Francisco and San Rafael. Majority of employees use public transportation in San Francisco, while free parking is available in San Rafael. Work hours are from 8am to 5pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Francisco, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
