What You Will Do:
- Own expansion revenue, conversions to paid, and new connections for a defined book of Supply Cloud distributor and supplier accounts.
- Identify trading partners that are connected but not yet on a paid plan, and convert them with a clear, data-backed value case.
- Sell additional trading-partner connections and platform entitlements to existing customers, grounded in their document volume and business outcomes.
- Qualify, develop, and close expansion leads generated by Customer Success, while proactively creating new opportunities through account planning and outreach.
- Use MEDPICC to manage your deals and keep pipeline updated with MEDPICC.
- Run a disciplined, high-volume pipeline of many smaller deals with short sales cycles, keeping stages, revenue values, close dates, and next steps accurate in Salesforce.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing quotes, and order forms, collaborating with Finance and internal stakeholders through signature.
- Ensure a seamless handoff of every sale to Implementation and the connections team, with complete trading-partner details, document types, and customer timelines, so new connections go live quickly.
- Identify churn and downsell risk early, communicate it proactively, and support recovery plans in partnership with Customer Success.
- Provide market and customer insights to Product, Finance, and leadership on connection pricing, packaging, competitive positioning, and product enhancements.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, inside sales, or B2B SaaS sales, with a quota for expansion, upsell, or conversion revenue.
- Proven track record of achieving expansion and growth targets across a large book of accounts.
- Comfort running a high-volume sales motion, managing many concurrent opportunities with speed and consistent follow-up.
- Experience with B2B integrations, EDI, supply chain, distribution, or trading-partner networks is preferred.
- Ability to build the commercial case from usage data, such as document volume, connected trading partners, and time saved, rather than relying solely on relationships.
- Strong forecasting discipline with a commitment to accurate CRM management, pipeline visibility, and reporting. Experience with MEDPICC an added benefit.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail in proposals and customer communications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Customer Success, Sales, Implementation, Finance, and Product teams.
- Highly professional, self-motivated, and accountable, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
