Pay: $25.00++ per hour

About the Position
Pro-MotionPix is hiring a dependable, hands-on Dealership Inventory Specialist to help automotive dealerships manage and maintain their online vehicle inventory.
This is an active, field-based position where you'll travel between assigned dealerships, locate vehicles, prepare them for inventory processing, and capture photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-provided iPhone and mobile app.
You'll work directly with dealership personnel to keep inventory organized, accurately documented, and ready for online shoppers.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in automotive, warehouse, delivery, construction, landscaping, or other hands-on environments who enjoys staying active and working independently.
No professional photography experience is required! We provide paid training and teach you our process. This is a structured, process-driven position focused on accuracy, consistency, and efficiency rather than creative photography.
What You'll Do
- Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle.
- Locate vehicles and keys to complete daily inventory assignments.
- Capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and mobile app.
- Move vehicles into designated photo areas when necessary.
- Verify vehicle information and help ensure inventory is properly documented.
- Communicate with dealership staff regarding missing vehicles, keys, and inventory updates.
- Follow established processes to maintain consistent quality and complete assigned routes efficiently.
- Represent Pro-MotionPix professionally while working with dealership personnel.

Relevant experience includes:
- Automotive dealerships: Porters, lot attendants, detailers, lube technicians, and inventory specialists.
- Warehouse and distribution.
- Construction and skilled trades.
- Landscaping and grounds maintenance.
- Delivery driving and route-based positions.
- Other physically active or hands-on occupations.
Successful candidates are:
- Dependable with a consistent work history.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Able to walk dealership lots and stay on their feet throughout the day.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Good communicators who can work professionally with dealership staff.
- Resourceful problem-solvers who can handle challenges as they arise.
- Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and technology.

- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
- Minimum one year of consistent work history preferred.
- Automotive, warehouse, construction, delivery, landscaping, or similar hands-on experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors throughout the day.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable learning and using mobile technology.
- Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
