Mission

The Investment Manager is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities and supporting capital deployment decisions. The role performs financial underwriting, prepares decision-ready memoranda and presentations for the Investment Committee, maintains the capital deployment forecast in Prologis' systems, and prepares concise materials for investors and senior management summarizing key risks, opportunities and expected returns.

Responsibilities

- Perform financial analyses and underwriting for investment opportunities.
- Prepare memorandum and presentations for the Investment Committee, articulating the investment rationale, key risks, opportunities and expected returns.
- Manage multiple investment opportunity analyses concurrently and coordinate with owners, brokers and external legal and technical consultants during due diligence.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates to the capital deployment forecast in Prologis' systems.
- Prepare capital deployment materials, including offers, one-page investment summaries, investor reports and senior management reports.

Delivering accurate and high-quality Investment Committee materials within compressed timelines.

- English level: Fluent (Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking) – will be mandatory
- Spanish level: intermediate/Advanced (Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking) – will be a plus.

Education

Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture.

5 years working with real estate investment;

Brazil Real Estate Market;

Software

Excel, Argus (will be a plus) and AutoCAD (will be a plus);
