The Longer Version
You'll spend your day talking with people who asked about life insurance, understanding what they need, and helping them choose from 60+ carriers. Agents who show up every day and follow the system do well here, whatever their background.
Earnings
Average $800–$1,200 per policy. Full-time agents typically earn $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one, paid daily/weekly, with bonuses on top.
Requirements
- Must live in the U.S. (Norwalk, CT area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
- Available full time, about 40 hours a week
