No waiting a month for a paycheck. Our agents are paid daily/weekly as policies are issued.
The Work
You'll help families protect their income and their homes with life insurance. Every conversation is with someone who requested information, by phone or Zoom. There's no cold calling and no door knocking.
Training
We start from the basics: product types, running a client conversation, and handling common questions honestly. A mentor helps you through your first live calls.
Pay Details
- 1099, 100% commission, no cap
- Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
- Full-time agents: $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one
- Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses
You'll Need
- Must live in the U.S. (Ann Arbor, MI area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
- Available full time, about 40 hours a week
