About this role
Learn healthcare by taking part in it!
If you want to build a career in healthcare, start with experience that connects patient care to the work behind each visit. You’ll learn clinical research workflows, support study participants, and see why clear communication and careful follow-through matter. This is hands-on work—not an administrative-only role—and we’re happy to train you in blood draws, EKGs, vital signs, and charting. No previous research or patient care experience is required.
You’ll contribute to both the patient experience and the accuracy of our clinical research operations by leading:
- The patient experience: Help people feel comfortable in the clinic and guide them through the visits required by their study.
- The details of each visit: Support accurate, efficient care with 100% adherence to trial protocols and site expectations.
- Study participation: Help with screening, enrollment, and retention, keeping safety and timely follow-through central to the work.
- The clinical record: Enter study data into the required systems accurately and on time.
- Communication between people: Keep patients, physicians, and other stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates.
What you bring—and what you’re ready to learn
Experience helping people matters here. Customer service, pharmacy, retail, and other fast-paced professional settings can all build skills that transfer to this work. We’re looking for:
- At least one year of professional experience.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Clear communication and sound judgment, including the ability to make decisions and work toward solutions when situations change.
- Careful attention to detail and an organized approach to competing priorities.
- The ability to learn study protocols, systems, and clinical workflows quickly.
- A patient-focused approach, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to collaborate.
- Comfort performing blood draws, EKGs, vital signs, and charting during patient visits. We’re happy to provide training.
