Compensation for this role is $40/hour. In addition, you will receive a generous technology allowance to spend on a Macbook Pro M5 + accessories: yours to keep.

If you secure a full-time offer post-residency, total target compensation ranges will be $90,000 - $136,000, including a fixed annual salary of $85,000 - $125,000, employee equity plan grant (RSUs), and world-class benefits.

This is the expected range for the role. Final compensation is determined by the level assessed through the interview and residency process and based on how your experience and skills map to our career ladder.

About the role

The Rokt Residency is a 18 week, full-time, paid early-career program for AI Operations Associates working out of our office in New York City.

This cohort of residencies will run from January 12, 2027 through to May 14, 2027.

Residents will have the opportunity to receive full-time offers to join Rokt on or before the completion of their residency.

We are an AI-first company. We’re a team of builders. That means the person who spots the problem is usually the person who fixes it, and “someone should build a tool for that” is treated as a volunteer sign-up sheet. We use AI and automation tools to move faster, and expect you to figure things out when the path isn’t obvious. If you prefer established processes and clearly defined lanes, you probably won’t like it here.

How your future team uses AI
Rokt Operations teams use AI to streamline repetitive tasks, analyze data, identify process gaps, draft and improve documentation, QA workflows, surface insights, and automate manual handoffs. We expect team members to be curious, resourceful, and comfortable experimenting with AI tools from day one so we can build processes that scale without adding unnecessary complexity.

How you will contribute

- Streamline & automate workflows: Identify inefficiencies across launch, QA, monitoring, troubleshooting, approvals, and operational processes. Design and implement AI-enabled automations that reduce time and errors.
- Build internal tools: Create and deploy tools that improve decision-making, increase visibility, and remove bottlenecks.
- Improve speed + quality outcomes: Measure the impact of what you ship, iterate quickly, and help drive improvements against goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner closely with other teams to understand pain points, align on outcomes, and land changes that stick.
- Get trained at speed: Learn the ins and outs of Rokt’s platform and internal tools through hands-on work, then use that context to accelerate via automation and better systems.

- Adaptable & resilient: You’re comfortable with ambiguity. You iterate quickly when something doesn’t work.

- Availability to work full time, in the office in New York, for the full 4 calendar months
