Recruiting Coordinator (Entry-Level)

## About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting team. This role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional candidate experience by coordinating interviews, managing recruiting logistics, and serving as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience within a high-volume recruiting organization while working alongside recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates in a dynamic environment.
## Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews, phone screens, and recruiting events with candidates and hiring managers. Arrange candidate travel and logistics when required. Maintain accurate candidate records and job postings within applicant tracking systems. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process via phone and email. Track recruiting activity and provide regular candidate status updates and reporting. Coordinate interview debrief meetings and prepare debrief materials. Identify and implement opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and candidate experience. Support additional recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
## Required Qualifications
1+ year of Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator, or related coordination experience. Bachelor's degree required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
## Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition teams. Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Proven ability to provide a high-touch, customer-focused candidate experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
