Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many products we use every day are conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
We’re growing our Product Excitement team within the LCS (Lifetime Collaboration Software) division to elevate our brand presence. We’re seeking an energetic and creative Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about storytelling, brand reputation, and building authentic connections with our customers and community.
In this role, you will lead our social media marketing for LCS reputational campaigns, spearhead customer advocacy and G2 peer review initiatives, manage blog publishing and WordPress updates, drive our internal newsletter, and orchestrate comprehensive communication plans for key projects.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice of our software, amplify customer success stories, and make a high-impact contribution to our digital footprint in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
About You:
Passionate About Brand Digital & Social: You have solid experience in, or a deep genuine enjoyment for, digital marketing and social media for tech brands, staying ahead of trends and platform best practices.
AI-Forward & Curious: You actively explore and leverage AI tools to enhance your daily marketing workflows, brainstorm content angles, streamline execution, and optimize content for modern search and AI discoverability (GEO/SEO).
Advocate for Employee Social Advocacy: You love empowering internal teams and are experienced in driving employee social advocacy programs (e.g., using platforms like LinkedIn Amplify) to expand organic brand reach.
Content & Editorial Mindset: You have exceptional writing and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to translate complex tech topics into engaging, accessible stories across blogs, newsletters, and social channels.
Operationally Minded & Organized: You excel at project management, coordination, and building clear communication plans from scratch, ensuring cross-functional initiatives launch smoothly and on time.
Campaign Health & Analytics Savvy: You regularly run "health checks" on how our digital efforts are performing, diving into metrics like blog views, engagement rates, and LinkedIn analytics to evaluate impact and iterate quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media & Reputation Marketing: Own and execute the social media strategy for LCS reputational campaigns to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and amplify key product milestones.
- Employee Advocacy: Manage and scale employee social advocacy initiatives (utilizing tools like Amplify) to empower internal teams to share company milestones and brand stories.
- Customer Advocacy & Peer Reviews: Drive customer advocacy programs and champion G2 peer review strategies for LCS solutions to build social proof, gather authentic testimonials, and showcase customer success.
- Content Management & Blog Publishing: Manage the end-to-end editorial workflow for blogs, publishing and optimizing posts on WordPress while ensuring strong search engine and AI discoverability.
- Internal Communications: Own and produce the internal newsletter to keep LCS stakeholders and team members aligned, informed, and inspired by recent wins and upcoming projects.
- Communication Planning: Organize and execute robust communication plans for key Product Excitement projects, ensuring clear messaging and timely delivery across all channels.
- Performance Tracking & Health Checks: Continuously monitor and report on campaign performance, analyzing blog readership, LinkedIn metrics, and overall reach to optimize ongoing strategies.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, corporate communications, or content marketing within technology/software companies.
- Proven experience running successful social media campaigns, brand reputation initiatives, and employee advocacy programs (e.g., LinkedIn Amplify).
- Hands-on experience with WordPress (or similar CMS) for blog publishing, combined with a solid understanding of modern search, SEO, and AI discoverability best practices.
- Experience driving customer advocacy programs and managing B2B review platforms (e.g., G2).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong portfolio of written content.
