You will lead an 18-bed Labor and Delivery unit with about 27 FTEs: scheduling, rounding, hiring and evaluations, staff competencies, quality audits, core measures and budget.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of acute care L&D experience
- 3–7 years of L&D leadership
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- New Hampshire or compact RN license
