You will lead daily operations, staffing and clinical quality of the Emergency Department, put evidence-based practice into action, manage patient throughput and develop a high-performing team.
Requirements
- BSN required
- Active RN license
- 2 years of recent acute care ER leadership (ED charge experience considered)
- BLS; ACLS, ENPC, CPI, PALS and TNCC within set timeframes after start
