About the role
Reporting to the ED Director, you will be the manager supporting the night team: day-to-day operations, quality, productivity and patient satisfaction goals, staff performance and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Florida or compact RN license
- 3+ years of ER nursing in an acute care hospital
- 2+ years as charge nurse, supervisor or manager
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, CPI and TNCC (or within set timeframes after start)
