About the role
Reporting to the ED Director, you will be one of two managers of the main Emergency Department, leading a team of 60+ RNs, LPNs and PCTs. You will plan staffing, maintain unit standards, hire and evaluate staff, keep competencies current and share on-call coverage.
Requirements
- Diploma or ADN; BSN or current BSN enrollment preferred
- Virginia or compact RN license
- BLS; TNCC; ACLS and PALS within 1 year
- Leadership or management experience
