About the role
Reporting to the Assistant CNO, you will lead the MICU and SICU teams (about 68 FTEs) and oversee the Stroke Program, Chest Pain Center and Rapid Response. The role covers budgets, quality and patient satisfaction, policies, staff education and growth of critical care and cardiology services.
Requirements
- BSN required; MSN or health-related master's preferred
- Current Louisiana RN license
- 2+ years of acute care critical care leadership experience
