Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive food and beverage service.
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented service area.
- Upsell menu items and recommend daily specials or promotions.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
- Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism.
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and presentation standards.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B certification preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for guest service.
- High standard of personal grooming and presentation.
- Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
